Young Hammersmith & Fulham believes that every young person deserves the chance to thrive, and that starts with a strong, well-supported youth sector.
We bring together local charities, youth organisations, and professionals to share knowledge, build capacity, and collaborate. By connecting the people and places that support young people, we help create the conditions for them to feel safe, supported, and able to reach their potential.

WE STRENGTHEN HAMMERSMITH & FULHAM’S YOUTH SECTOR BY:
Building capacity through training, networks and shared learning
Young H&F provides opportunities for learning, upskilling and knowledge-sharing to help non-profit youth organisations to deliver the best support for young people, whilst also creating spaces for collaboration across our community.
Giving our community membership access to vital funding
We are pleased to provide community members access to the funding they need to create meaningful opportunities for young people through small grants.
Embedding youth voice into decision-making
We always strive to make sure that young people play a central role in shaping our work - from allocating funding as Young Grantmakers to facilitating peer research projects.
Driving Sector Development through Research and Partnerships
Young H&F strengthens the youth sector by identifying gaps and facilitating collaborative projects. Through research, pilot initiatives and cross-sector partnerships, we aim to strengthen the youth sector and help create more joined-up support for young people in Hammersmith & Fulham.
