ASA CIC (Active Successful Engagement CIC) is a community interest company committed to community cohesion and reintegration of our client groups.

Mentoring lies at the heart of our organisation and underpins everything that we do. We provide children, young people and families a safe and confidential space to talk through 1-1 and group mentoring. We implement innovative holistic mentoring programmes, deliver vocational training and a range of workshops to empower our Mentees, build self-confidence and self-esteem and address mental health issues and barriers that prevent progression, supporting disadvantaged or at risk members of our community.

ASÃ is committed to supporting Mentees in the process of Transformation through our Trauma Informed approach and practices to effect change and transform lives.
